Are we still open for business?
Yes. Our South African warehouse and Florida warehouse are still operational during the time of the pandemic.
Is your warehouse clean?
Yes, we have increased the safety procedures around hygiene for both our employees and customers. Anyone who comes to the warehouse is subject to screening and temperatures checks. If an individual shows signs of fever they will be asked to be sent home and follow the procedures as prescribed by the South African Government and CDC guidelines.
We have implemented shift work, where our team is split into two and rotate shifts with a thorough cleaning before each shift.
We have increased routine sanitation and hand-washing practices, as well as before and after every operational process.
Staff have the necessary protective gear to wear, especially masks.
We are routinely sanitising and cleaning all surfaces throughout the packing of orders.
What will I be able to buy?
Based on with the current regulations in South African we are selling everything.
Are you going to run out of stock?
There are items that have been temporarily out of stock, due to an increase in demand across certain categories as a result of fluctuating stock levels.
Our team is working around the clock to ensure that stock levels are maintained as much as possible. Some of our suppliers are still experiencing delays as well.
Are you delivering internationally?
Yes we are. We are currently shipping internationally. Our courier partners have been running at reduced capacity and shipments have been coming in slower than usual. We're sorry for the inconvenienced caused.
